Siisti Media offers professional video editing services including cutting, trimming, adding transitions, incorporating music, color correction, and more. Our standard service starts at $75 per video. For additional services or more complex editing needs, a custom quote will be provided.
1.2. Submission of Materials
Clients must submit their video clips via Dropbox or another approved file-sharing service. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all files are correctly uploaded and accessible. Siisti Media is not responsible for issues related to file access or compatibility.
1.3. Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time for video editing is under 72 hours from the time we receive full payment and all necessary materials. Larger projects or videos requiring complex editing may require additional time. If you have a specific deadline or need expedited service, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee expedited turnaround times for all projects.
1.4. Revisions
We offer a reasonable number of revision rounds to ensure client satisfaction. If additional revisions are requested beyond what is deemed reasonable, extra charges may apply. Please provide detailed feedback to ensure accurate revisions.
2. Payment and Billing
2.1. Payment Terms
Payment details will be provided once you agree to our services. We use Stripe as our payment processor for secure and efficient transactions. We accept various payment methods through Stripe, including credit cards and online payment platforms. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, and work will commence only after payment is received.

2.2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered once work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with the initial edit, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to make necessary revisions. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Siisti Media.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality

Siisti Media is committed to protecting your privacy. We will handle your personal and project information with confidentiality and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete the editing services.
3.2. File Retention
After the project is completed and delivered, your files will be removed from our systems. We recommend that you keep copies of your original files and the final edited videos. Siisti Media is not responsible for any loss of data or files after project completion.
4. Media Re-use

Siisti Media reserves the right to use any media produced by us for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio displays, marketing materials, and social media content. If you have specific concerns about the use of your media, please discuss them with us before the project begins.
5. Disclaimers
5.1. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide high-quality video editing, Siisti Media does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. The final product may differ based on the quality of the provided footage and specific client requests.
5.2. Liability
Siisti Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
5.3. Intellectual Property
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the rights to all content provided for editing. Siisti Media will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements or legal issues related to the content of the videos.
